File Transfer Information

(Please Read, This information is very important)

Note:  All Files must be in PC format

1. Eliminate linear and radial fades
2. Convert all text to curves or paths
3. Create Vector outlines of all “stroked’’ lines and edges
4. Use your software to subtract or weld all overlapping shapes
5. Make sure all elements are “closed shapes’’ and have solid color fill
6. Save the file in  Omega (.plt) or Adobe Illustrator v3.0 format using a short file name (filename.ai)
7. Include all picture bitmaps (if used in image)
8. When transferring from MAC, save onto a PC formatted disc
9. Include a color print of the final image(s) for reference
10. Include color chips or color numbers, including mfg., of all colors needed
11. Include a copy of the original file in its native, as designed, format, such as Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw
12. Include the name and phone number of the person who actually designed the image
13. Images downloaded from web site, are not acceptable
14. Keep in mind, the larger the image, the higher the resolution required
15. Customer is responsible for all Copyright or Trademark authorization.
    Any submissions not following these guidelines are subject to additional art charges.
